Regional Italian cooking, 7 days
A seven day regional Italian cooking course in English or French, involving both practise and theory, is organized by each of the beautiful resorts of “Best of Sabina”. The guests will meet the owners of the resorts, who live in Sabina, but all come from different regions of Italy and will share the secrets of the Italian cuisine, with their regional peculiarity.
The menus are prepared during a hands on cooking lesson, followed by a meal, where guests, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, will learn from their hosts, the gastronomic history, the typical products & culinary habits of different areas of Italy. This program includes visits to wine, extra virgin olive oil and cheese producers. Possibility of participating in the grape and olive harvest for courses in the late Fall. A one day excursion will be included and guests will be able to chose between the two incredible art and culinary cities, Rome or Orvieto, both at less than 1 hour from the area. Participants: minimum 6, duration of course 7 days.
Cooking in Sabina, 3 days
A 3 day cooking course is also available, which will offer the guests the opportunity of hands on cooking lessons with their hosts or with a professional chef sharing the Kitchen in a hill town restaurants, wine and olive oil tasting and visits to local cheese producers, as well as a wonderful welcome dinner with hosts. Participants: minimum 4 (minimum 2 in some of the resorts), duration of course 3 days.
