Il Portico (sleeps 2 + 3) is a two floor house (50 m.2) and a loft, maintaining its old stone structure and wooden ceiling beams, equipped with a large (30 m.2) double bedroom (window screens) with two single beds (on the loft), a single divan bed and a panoramic balcony; a typical rural living/dining room (17 m.2) with kitchen corner (4 burners, regular oven) equipped with freezer, fireplace; 1 modern small bathroom (2,5 m.2) with shower, air drier, wall-outlet for razor and washing machine. All around the house a private garden with tables, chairs, deckchairs, porch (veranda), space to hang the washing, parking.
