The farmholiday “Valle Capore” – more than 30 hectars of extension – takes its name from the neighbooring sources of the river Farfa. The farm’s land is a mosaic of olive trees, woods and meadows enriched by secular oaks. This is the typical landscape of Sabina.
We are in an ideal location for the typical agriculture of the area. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil,. You’ll have a chance to taste our olive oil, that has recently received the DOP certification, together with the other fruits and vegetables grown in the farm and cooked according to the region’s traditional recipes.
The landscape comes alive thanks to the presence of our horses. They are the centerpiece of the kind of tourism we cherish and promote at Valle Capore. Sustainable fruition of the territory based on its exploration on horseback along tracks that makes it possible to discover the hidden treasure, both natural and archaeological around the farm.
Valle Capore is inside a site protected by the Nature 2000 European network and close to the medieval Abbey of Farfa.
