The farm is located in the Sabina area, a well-known place for ancient olive tradition that date back to Roman times. Anna Maria Billi, with her daughters, produces two extravirgin olive oil that are called: “La Mola” and “Sole Sabino”. They are both certified SABINA D.O.P. and have been awarded among the finest Italian olive oils. At the farm: “Le Comari di Farfa”, a little family restaurant, with a superb view on the Farfa Abbey, serving genuine season dishes. |
